P. L. Kohli is an author and the Head of the automotive department at the G. B. Pant Polytechnic.
Currently, he is in Delhi working with the Directorate of Technical Education. He has been teaching for more than 20 years. P. L. Kohli was working as an officer with the Border Roads Development Corporation. His responsibility was to look after the repair and maintenance of vehicles.
